Fairly clean, pleasant hotel with absolutely exceptional staff always at service. Great, pleasant location adjacent to the restaurant or bar, London tower and center. And a super close walk to a Middlesex Street market.

Marvellous and lovely location a short walk to a tube station, easy to get around. A short walk to a tower and a palace. Neat units with a very comfortable bed, nice views, for example.

Had a great stay with good customer service. The location was great with a tube station right next to the accommodation. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The food they offered was lovely, had a huge variety of meals.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We enjoyed spending 3 nights here. Beautifully designed hotel, tidy, well-mannered staff, location away from a tube stop was incredible. It had a 24-hour restaurant for breakfast.

Cute classy hotel for 2 nights in London. Welcoming staff, great services, including lots of brilliant delicacies. Extremely comfy bed in the deluxe room, plus a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a multi-channel television. Brilliant location, close to The Gherkin.
